Strikers win toss, put Scorchers in to bat in BBL

The unbeaten Perth Scorchers have been sent in to bat by the Adelaide Strikers in their BBL match at the Adelaide Oval. 

The Scorchers beat the Strikers by 42 runs when they met in Perth on Wednesday.

Perth have named an unchanged side, while Adelaide have brought in legspinner Lloyd Pope for fast-medium allrounder James Bazley.

If they win, second-placed Perth will close to within one point of ladder leader Brisbane Heat with a game in hand.

The Strikers, who have won just one of six matches and lost their past four,  will climb off the bottom if they are victorious
