Australia beat India to win World Test Championship

Australia have won their maiden World Test Championship title after beating India by 209 runs in the final at The Oval.

Chasing 444 for victory on Sunday, India were all out for 234 just before lunch on day five after losing seven wickets on the final morning.

Scott Boland was the hero for Australia, finishing with figures of 3-46 after removing Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja in one over to break India early on day five.
