Heat bat first in BBL clash with Sixers

Brisbane Heat have opted to bat first in their BBL match against Sydney Sixers at the SCG, where Pakistan star Shadab Khan is debuting for the hosts.
Shadab dismissed Mitch Marsh, Steve Smith, David Warner and Glenn Maxwell in this year’s Twenty20 World Cup semi-final.
The Sixers recruited the ex-Brisbane legspinner after English pacemen Chris Jordan and Tom Curran returned home.
Hunting a third straight title, the Sixers have recorded five wins from their opening six games.
