Four injured, highway closed after multi-vehicle smash

Four people are in hospital after a multi-vehicle crash in central Queensland.
Police set up a large exclusion zone on the Bruce Highway near Rockhampton on Wednesday morning.
The crash involved at least four vehicles including two prime movers and an army vehicle, according to media reports.
Grassfires that were caused by burning vehicles have since been contained, Queensland Fire and Rescue said.
Four people were injured in the crash including one of them critically, the Queensland Ambulance Service said.
Two were in a stable condition and another was in a serious but stable condition.
Police urge motorists to avoid the area.
