Investigation after man electrocuted in work incident

A man has been electrocuted in a work incident on a private property in north Queensland.
Emergency services found the man unresponsive after being called to the property at Ball Bay, north of Mackay, on Monday afternoon.
Queensland Ambulance Service said the man died after suffering critical injuries, and another person was assessed at the scene for electric shock after trying to help him.
Police are assisting Workplace Health and Safety Queensland with their investigations and will prepare a report for the coroner.
