Police have charged a third man over a murder in the Brisbane suburb of Mansfield on Monday and say a fourth suspect is running out of time.

Levi Johnson, 23, was stabbed in a car park. Kyle Martin, 24, remains on the run.

Police have charged Thomas Myler, 35, with one count of murder (serious organised crime). He was arrested at a home in Wellington Point on Friday night after police received a tip-off from a member of the public.

The police helicopter tracked a vehicle from the address to a location in Chandler, where it’s alleged two people buried a number of firearms before returning to the Wellington Point residence.

Police searched both properties and seized a number of firearms.

Both residences at Wellington Point and Chandler were searched, and a number of firearms were seized.

Three of the four men police allege were involved in the murder are now in custody facing charges.

A police manhunt continues for the final suspect, Kyle Martin, 24.

Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham said he’s confident Martin will soon be arrested.

“I think time’s quickly running out for him

“We have three in custody. I’m confident within the coming days we’ll be able to place the fourth one into custody.”

Police said Martin is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Report sightings to Triple Zero (000).
