Man arrested over stabbing death in Qld

A man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing another man to death near a caravan park in north Queensland.
Police say a 25-year-old man was found dead in Paget, in Mackay’s south, about 3am on Tuesday.
A 33-year-old man allegedly called triple zero and told police he had stabbed the other man, local media reported.
The 25-year-old man suffered fatal wounds to his face, abdomen and neck, and detectives found a knife at the scene.
The older man was a resident of the caravan park, while the dead man is understood to have been a Mackay resident.
