You love to nurture. Your capacity for empathy is legendary. And while that’s
undoubtedly a noble and truly admirable trait to possess, there are times when it can
also be the unravelling of you. This month is about drawing the proverbial line in the
sand regarding where your own needs and wants begin and end and where those of the
people who surround you are encroaching on that (sometimes flimsy) line. You’re simply
no good to yourself or anyone else when you’re burnt out, so don’t allow things to reach
that breaking point. Sometimes it’s got to be about just you.
