Sydney woman and three children missing

Serious concerns are held for a pregnant Sydney woman and her three children who have not been seen since the weekend.

NSW police were contacted on Sunday afternoon by concerned family who said the young family was last seen at a Campbelltown park in Sydney’s southwest about 2pm.

Police were told Elizabeth Harpley, 36, and her sons Mathew Harpley, 10, Christopher Harpley, nine, and Mitchell Devine-Harpley, five, had visited Koshigaya Park.

The children have medical conditions but don’t have their medication with them and police believe they are in the company of a 49-year-old man, who is known to the family and may be travelling in a red Jeep with Queensland registration plates 061 VKM.

Ms Harpley is described as being of Caucasian appearance with medium-length brown hair.

“She is heavily pregnant and was last seen wearing jeans, a black T-shirt and a cardigan,” police said in a statement.

Mathew is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a slim build and short, blonde, curly hair.

Christopher is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a slim build and short, brown, curly hair.

Mitchell is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with slim build and short, blonde, wavy hair.

The family is known to frequent Campbelltown and Wollongong in NSW, as well as Pullenvale in Queensland.

Anyone who spots Ms Harpley or the children is urged to contact triple zero.
