Man injured in Melbourne CBD stabbing

A man has been seriously injured after being followed by two men on the street and stabbed in a late-night attack in Melbourne’s CBD.
Police say the man was stabbed on Lonsdale Street near Queen Street about 12.30am on Friday, with a number of bystanders coming to his aid before paramedics arrived.
The two men are believed to have followed the victim before attacking him, and were last seen walking away from the scene.
