Dylan Brown with Eels until end of 2023

Dylan Brown will remain at Parramatta until at least the end of the 2023 NRL season after triggering a contract option.
The 21-year-old five-eighth was a priority retention target for the Eels with star hooker Reed Mahoney and back-rowers Isaiah Papali’i and Marata Niukore to depart after this season.
While New Zealander Brown has previously expressed an interest in switching to rugby union down the track, the 54-gamer joins co-captains Clint Gutherson and Junior Paulo in recommitting to the club over the summer.
“We are pleased that Dylan has extended his stay with our club for the 2023 season,” Parramatta general manager Mark O’Neill said.
“At 21 years of age, and playing that many NRL games in such a key position, is truly remarkable.
“Having his contract sorted now allows Dylan to focus on the season ahead which we are all excited about.”
